We had our first media interview. It went really well! Vanya from the Waterdeep Journal interviewed us, and gave us some good publicity. We played one of Rod’s old songs for her, but she wasn’t impressed with our acoustic rendition. You can’t win them all I guess.
Speaking of Rod, neither him nor Florence were present. They skipped the interview, and they missed the whole concert. The rest of us were pissed, but as it turns out, we didn’t really need them. We gave killer show! Roscoe was rock steady on the drums, and Go sang and danced brilliantly. I played a few wrong notes, but no one seemed to notice. The crowd loved us! We played our new song, Multiverse Metal, and they ate it up!
Fucking Skald was at the show. Aesgir threw a fucking bottle, and cracked my skull open. I don’t know why those assholes have it out for me, but they clearly do. I can already tell it’s going to escalate into a real problem…but it’s a problem for another day.
After the show, we got another mission from Zariel. This time, it’s a couple of necromancers we have to deal with. Destroy their research, steal a book, and implicate them in crimes. No big deal. Just another day in the rock star lifestyle.
